About Fran Gordon

My therapeutic approach reflects eclectic influences derived from my training in mindfulness and meditation, and the existential, psychodynamic, family systems, social learning, rational emotive, and cognitive behavioral theories of psychotherapy. I am also a registered yoga instructor, RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance.  I am employed and supervised by Jane Perrin, Ph.D. with Psychological Services of the Triad.
