My therapeutic approach reflects eclectic influences derived from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Training, Social Learning Theory, Developmental Psychology, Meditation, and Relaxation Techniques. I am also a registered yoga instructor, RYT-500, with Yoga Alliance.
